These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Youteek Handicraft Marketplace website www.youteek.com(the “Site”) and your relationship with Youteek Handicraft Marketplace (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. 1. Handicraft Listings

Youteek Handicraft Marketplace provides a platform for artisans and craftsmen/women (“Artisans”) to showcase and sell their handmade products (“Handicrafts”). Artisans are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their Handicraft listings. Youteek Handicraft Marketplace does not guarantee the authenticity or quality of Handicrafts listed on the Site.

2. Purchases

By making a purchase through the Youteek Handicraft Marketplace, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the Artisan, including but not limited to payment terms, shipping policies, and return policies. Youteek Handicraft Marketplace is not a party to any transaction between buyers and Artisans and is not liable for any disputes arising from such transactions.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Youteek Handicraft Marketplace for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Youteek Handicraft Marketplace, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, are owned by Youteek Handicraft Marketplace or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
